The Manistee Swim Team started in 1975 and is a member of the West Michigan Swim League, which is comprised of over 20 teams between Grand Rapids and Manistee. Our summer recreational swim program typically runs from mid May to the end of July, at which time 3 championship meets are held. The Manistee Swim Team has won its division championship 8 times since joining the West Michigan Swim League 19 years ago, 1991, 1992, 1995, 2003, 2005 (tied), 2007, 2008 and 2009.  We consistently receive compliments on technique, team structure, and sportsmanship. As members and parents of the Manistee Swim Team, we are proud to be ambassadors for the Manistee Area.
